The wire hose pipe consists of three main parts: corrugated hose, braid, and fittings. The corrugated hose serves as the body of the wire hose pipe, providing flexibility. The braid reinforces and shields the hose, while the fittings connect the hose assemblies together.
Depending on the desired application, there are different ways of connecting these three parts. The three parts can be connected by welding, which is called welding type. They can also be connected by mechanical clamping, which is called mechanical fastening type. Additionally, there is a combination of the two methods, which is called hybrid type.
Wire hose pipe products include oil suction and delivery hose, steam hose, sand blasting hose, acid and alkali suction and delivery hose, food hose, oxygen-blowing hose, and various special-shaped hoses. They are widely used in mechanical, chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, food, and other industries.
The pressure range of wire hose pipe is generally between PN0.6 and 32.0Mpa, with a maximum of 42.0MPa. The wire hose pipe is the main pressure-bearing component in the pressure pipeline. It also serves as a protective sleeve for the corrugated hose. Depending on the pressure in the pipeline and the application, one or more layers of stainless steel wire or steel tape can be chosen for braiding.
Flexibility between pitches.
Good elasticity, unobstructed and non-rigid.
Light weight and good diameter consistency.
Good flexibility, repeat bending, and good flexibility.
Corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Good resistance to rodent bites and wear, preventing internal wires from being worn.
Strong bend resistance, tensile strength, and lateral compression resistance.
The wire hose pipe is flexible, smooth and easy to thread, install and locate.
For cable protection tube used in armored fiber optic cable, precision optical ruler, optical measuring instrument, and other mechanical equipment;
For other devices that need to provide safe protection for wires, such as public telephones and remote water meters;
For the protection of various small wires;
For the protection of network cables in various computers and robots, etc.
The bending radius of the wire hose pipe during installation should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the hose.
The distance between fixed points should not be greater than lm, and the distance between the pipe clamp and the midpoint of the end and elbow should be about 300mm.
When connecting with embedded lamps or similar appliances, the clamp at the end should be installed at the edge of the lamp or the appliance at a distance of lm along the length of the hose.
The wire hose pipe should be reliably grounded, but it should not be used as the grounding conductor of electrical equipment.
