It is well known that high pressure rubber tubing has differences in pressure and the number of layers. The following will introduce the four types of pressure ranges of high pressure rubber tubing, which are low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure and ultra-high pressure. Users can choose the appropriate pressure of the high pressure rubber tubing according to their needs.
The working pressure is below 3 MPa, and it is mainly a hydraulic rubber hose pipe with cotton thread (fiber). It is mainly used to control oil lines, automobile brake lines and some hydraulic machine tools.
The working pressure is between 3 to 10 MPa, and it is mainly steel wire braided Ⅰ, Ⅱ type large diameter (above 25) hydraulic hose pipe. It is mainly used for medium and low pressure oil lines and return oil lines.
The working pressure is between 10 to 31.5 MPa, and is mainly type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and steel wire reinforced hose with steel wire braided below 25. It is mainly used in high pressure systems.
The working pressure is above 31.5 MPa, and it is mainly the steel wire reinforced pipe with a diameter below 31.5. With the development of ultra-high pressure and high power hydraulic machinery, the demand is increasing.
