During the working process of PVC suction pipe, a small brush shall be used to dip the adhesive. The joint surface of pipe and pipe fittings shall be painted axially, with rapid action and uniform application. The applied adhesive shall be appropriate, and shall not be omitted or applied too thick. Special attention shall be paid during construction in winter, that is, the outer socket shall be painted first and then the inner socket.
After the PVC suction pipe socket is coated with adhesive, the pipe shall be inserted into the socket immediately in the right direction to make the insertion depth of the pipe end meet the drawn marks, and ensure that the straightness and position of the socket interface are correct. It shall also be maintained for 2 or 3 minutes to prevent the interface from slipping. The tolerance between prefabricated pipe end nodes shall be less than 5mm.
After the socket connection of PVC suction pipe is completed, the extruded adhesive shall be wiped clean with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in detergent. According to the performance of the adhesive and climatic conditions, the interface shall be left in static until curing. During construction in winter or rainy season, the curing time shall be appropriately extended.

2. The tools for sawing PVC suction pipe should be fine saw, cutter and pipe cutter. And the fracture should be flat and there should be no deformation at the fracture.
3. The socket part of PVC suction pipe to be bonded can be filed into a 15°~ 30°ggroove with a medium plate file. The groove length is generally not less than 3mm, and the groove thickness should be 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After the groove is completed, the debris should be removed.
4. After the socket connection of PVC suction pipe is completed, the extruded adhesive shall be dipped in a little acetone with cotton yarn or dry cloth, cleaned with detergent, and shall be static until the interface is cured according to the performance of the adhesive and climatic conditions.
5. During construction in winter, the curing time of PVC suction pipe shall be appropriately extended.
