We occasionally encounter the problem that the hose is broken or we want to assemble another hose. It is just a small project, and many people will choose to install it by themselves. So how to install it?
The installation of high pressure spray hose is similar to that of medium and low pressure spray hose, but the requirements are higher and stricter. Therefore, in addition to meeting the installation requirements of medium and low pressure spray hose, the following requirements shall be followed.
The high pressure rubber hose fittings, sections, fasteners and valves used for installation must pass the inspection and be attached with corresponding technical certificates. After being transported to the site, they shall be properly kept, marked and placed in order. Before installation, the inner and outer surfaces shall be wiped clean, at the same time, check whether there is foreign matter in its internal channel. Check whether the roughness of the sealing surface and gasket of the nozzle meet the requirements. There shall be no scratches (especially radial scratches) and spots that affect the sealing performance on the sealing surface. In addition to the degreasing pipes specified hose, the sealing surfaces and gaskets of the nozzles should be protected with oil or butter or white vaseline. The thread part of the qualified high pressure hose end shall be protected by molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease or graphite engine oil, except for the degreased hose.
During hose installation, formal hose racks should be used for fixing. On the hose racks that are in contact with high pressure hoses and fittings, protective sleeves should be installed according to design requirements. When installing the high pressure flange, the chamfer of the hose end thread shall be exposed. When installing the gasket, do not hang it with metal wires. Butter the nozzle and gasket in advance. Soft metal high-pressure gaskets should be accurately placed in the seal seat. The flange bolts should be tightened symmetrically and not excessively. After the bolts are tightened, the two flanges should remain parallel and concentric. The threads exposed outside the nut should be 2 to 3 buckles, and at least 2 buckles should be used. The exposed length should be basically the same. During the installation process, methods such as pulling, pushing, twisting, or modifying the thickness of the gasket must not be used to compensate for manufacturing or installation errors. If hose installation cannot be carried out and completed continuously, the open nozzle shall be closed in time. The parts of the instrument sampling part on the hose shall be installed at the same time as the hose.
The heating temperature of the alloy steel pipe must be controlled below the critical temperature of the steel when the local curvature is corrected.
After the installation of the hose system, the steel seal mark on the hose shall be rechecked comprehensively. If there is any missing steel seal, it shall be supplemented in time according to the original basis.
