Heat-resistant Hose Pipe: Stable Transmission

SUZHOU SEAPEAK's heat-resistant hose pipe primarily uses polyurethane polyether raw materials that are extruded at high temperatures, with embedded copper-plated steel wire. This special design endows the hose with extremely high heat resistance, allowing it to work stably for extended periods in high-temperature environments. Additionally, the braided structure of the heat-resistant hose pipe provides it with exceptional tensile strength and pressure resistance, enabling it to withstand substantial delivery pressures and material impacts.

The manufacturing process is one of the key factors determining the quality of heat-resistant hose pipe. To ensure the high-temperature stability and pressure resistance of the heat-resistant hose pipe, it's necessary to strictly control the selection of materials and process parameters during production. First, high-purity polyurethane raw material granules are chosen. Next, during the steel wire braiding process, professional braiding equipment and techniques should be used to ensure uniform distribution and tightness of the steel wire. Furthermore, strict quality inspections should be conducted on the steel wire tubing to ensure product quality stability.

Features of Heat-resistant Hose Pipe

Heat Resistance

The primary characteristic of heat-resistant hose pipe is their ability to withstand high temperatures without easily deforming or melting. The materials typically possess excellent heat resistance, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), silicone, polyester resin, etc., which can withstand temperatures of up to several hundred degrees.

High Strength

Because they operate in high-temperature environments for extended periods, heat-resistant hose pipes need to have certain mechanical strength and be able to withstand significant pressure. High-strength hoses not only have a long service life but also ensure effective ventilation or transmission.

High Wear Resistance

In high-temperature environments, there may be particulate matter in the air that can significantly wear down the hose material. Thus, heat-resistant hose pipes need to have good wear resistance to withstand particulate damage.

Good Chemical Resistance

In some high-temperature environments, corrosive substances such as acids and bases might be present. Therefore, heat-resistant hose pipes need to have good chemical resistance and be less prone to corrosion.

Applications of Heat-resistant Hose Pipe

Petrochemical industry

Hoses are widely used in oil fields, refineries, and other petrochemical fields to transport various liquids and gases.

Steel metallurgy industry

Hoses can be used in high-temperature flue gas discharge systems, foundry equipment, etc., to meet high-temperature and strength requirements.

Cement industry

Hoses can be used to transport cement and other particulate materials, with excellent wear resistance.

Power industry

Hoses can be used to transport cooling water, steam, and other media, fulfilling the operational needs in high-temperature environments.
