Its existence greatly simplifies our life. Next, I'd like to give you a brief introduction to the daily maintenance of the rubber hose fittings. The following points should be noted:
1. The inside of the drum and pipeline of the quick connect hose fittings shall be kept clean. Special attention should be paid to new equipment, and filters should be added when necessary to prevent abnormal wear on the twisted joints caused by foreign objects.
2. If the machine is not used for a long time, it will cause scaling and rusting inside the fitting. Please pay attention to the occurrence of seizure or dripping when it is used again.
3. For oil-filling installations, please fill in oil regularly to ensure the reliability of the operation of the quick connect hose fittings.
4. The quick connect hose fittings with smooth hot medium should generate temperature gradually to prevent the temperature from sharp change.
5. Reflect on the wear and thickness change of sealing surface (normal wear is 5-10mm). Check the friction trajectory of the sealing surface to see if there are problems such as three points of intermittent or scratches. If the above situation occurs, it should be changed immediately.
6. The quick connect hose fittings shall be handled with care and subjected to impact strictly to avoid damage to fitting.
7. Do not allow foreign matters to enter the rotary joint.
8. Do not idle the rotary joint for a long time.
